We act as travel advisors, coordinators, and/or intermediaries for travel services, including group packages, flights, hotels, transfers, tours, cruises, concierge experiences, events, and related services offered by third-party suppliers.

Itineraries, inclusions, hotels, airlines, schedules, prices, availability, and requirements may vary by date, destination, supplier, season, and operational conditions.

Quotes are informational until availability is confirmed and the required payment is received and accepted. A published or quoted price may change before final confirmation due to availability, taxes, fees, supplier changes, currency exchange, or other applicable charges.

Deposits, partial payments, balances, deadlines, administrative fees, payment methods, and consequences of late payment will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, confirmation, or communication.

A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation or the supplier confirms the applicable services.

Cancellations, name changes, date changes, itinerary adjustments, credits, and refunds are subject to La Super Friky Travels policies and each supplier's rules, including airlines, hotels, operators, cruises, transport providers, insurers, and event organizers.

Some payments, deposits, fees, tickets, promotional packages, special services, or third-party charges may be non-refundable, non-transferable, or subject to penalties.

If a supplier modifies, delays, cancels, or substitutes a service, we will reasonably assist you, but available remedies depend on supplier policies and availability.

Each traveler is responsible for checking that names, dates, documents, personal details, immigration requirements, visas, passports, permits, vaccinations, health conditions, baggage restrictions, and special needs are accurate and valid before travel.

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance, including medical, cancellation, interruption, baggage, delay, and emergency coverage. Traveling without insurance is the traveler's responsibility.

Travelers must follow laws, supplier rules, safety instructions, departure times, conduct rules, and destination requirements. Conduct that endangers others or disrupts trip operations may result in termination of services without refund.

Many services are performed by independent third parties we do not control. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, damages, additional charges, or failures caused by outside suppliers, authorities, weather, force majeure, unrest, illness, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid directly to La Super Friky Travels for the affected booking.

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy. By contacting us through forms, email, WhatsApp, phone, or social media, you authorize us to use those channels to respond, coordinate services, and send communications related to your request or booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought, when permitted by law, in competent courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site is effective as of the stated date and applies to later site use or new requests and bookings.
